*Designers & Resellers seeking custom quotations are urged to call Flux directly at 206-282-3023.
*All fixtures ship via UPS Ground, FOB Seattle, Washington. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
*We can currently only ship to US addresses from our web site. If you have an international destination, please contact us.
*If we are temporarily out of stock we will automatically back-order unless a written cancellation is received. We will provide you with the estimated delivery date of any back-ordered items within two business days of your order from our on-line store.
*All freight claims for damages, breakages, or shortages must be filed with the freight carrier immediately.
*All returns or cancellations require authorization from Flux and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in a condition, in the sole judgment of Flux, to allow resale as a new product.
*Flux Incorporated warrants that all goods delivered will be free from defects in workmanship, material, and manufacture. If a product does have a defect, Flux’s obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge.
